Day after work performed we noticed that tub's surface was bubbly, not smooth. The next day we contacted the John Espisito, the person that did the work and the owner of Fusion Finish. He said he would take care of it, but had a family medical situation and would get back to us. Contacted him again and his response was that as soon as medical situation was resolved, he would fix the tub. He has not returned our emails/text messages. It has been 3 weeks since the work was performed. We paid him by check as their was a discount for cash, so we cannot stop credit card payment.
