We've had wasps in the guest bath for a month. Could not find the source. This company charged about 1/2 the fee of other bee/wasp companies and found the problem. It took them two visits, but they didn't charge anything for the second visit. Haven't had any problems for two weeks now. Very professional.

It went well. They looked at the pest control and looked at some problems. I thought they would look around more and give me more information instead of just letting me point out what is going on.

Sprayed for wasps in attic and all house eaves. Removed several nests.  Charged half what the other Angies List providers quoted

The Technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He did a thorough job, making sure to spray every nook and cranny. Professional and personable, I will use First Strike again.

They did the interior and yard pest control. We have wasp in the yard. The first time they miss one nest of wasp. But when we called them they sent somebody to take care of it promptly. Very professional.

I choose him as the provider because he was on Angie's List. The over all job was good and excellent. He came out when he said he was going to and he got all the ants.

We started using First Strike when we had a big fire ant invasion in our kitchen. It took 3 return trips to finally get rid of our problem, but they did a great job and never charged for the follow-up visits. From that point on we asked them to come to our home every 3 months to keep the bugs away. Never had a problem after that. Everyone was professional and nice. Definitely recommend.

We love First Strike's service.  We had such a good experience the first time, we've been using for about four years to date.  They are friendly, professional, and timely.  I trust them to spray my home with two inside cats.

Technician arrived on time and was friendly.  I wasn't too impressed though with the inside service.  He wasn't very diligent about getting all the areas.  He didn't ask me if I had any problem areas.  Basically seemed like he was just interested in getting in and out.  I didn't supervise the outside service, so I can't speak to how thorough this was.    

Based on work at my home, I hired First Strike for pest control services at my rental property.  They coordinated with my tenant to schedule service and were able to come out the following day. The job was done as quoted and in a timely, professional manner.  We have not had any problems with bugs since the treatment and have only seen a few dead ones.  I will definitely use First Strike again.

We had a large hole where an animal burrowed down under an exterior corner of our house.  I called First Strike and received a quote for the trapping and removal of the animal and a detailed description of the procedure. Kirk came out the next morning to set up the trap. Upon inspecting the area, he determined the animal that had been there was no longer returning. Based on the size of the hole, Kirk believed it was an armadillo and was certain it would not return until the spring.  He then inspected the entire exterior of our home for any additional signs of burrowing and found none.  He suggested we fill the hole in again and keep an eye on it.  I agreed and told him my husband could do that when he got home.  I asked if I could pay him for the trip but he refused to accept payment and just asked me to consider him for any other services we might need.  Before he left, he got a shovel from his truck and filled in the hole himself. We have not seen any additional activity since then.  I was very impressed with Kirk's courtesy and professionalism and high level of customer service.  I have since contracted him for pest control service at my rental property (reviewed separately).  I highly recommend him.

No bugs until about a year later.  Excellent service.

Arrived on time and took care of the problem. I never heard the rats again after First Strike came to bait. The service person walked around the house to determine the entry point and offered further services to plug any holes.

I was very pleased with the service. Shane is the guy that took care of the squirrels and he was very nice. He was very honest. His price was very fair. I would definitely use him again and I have recommended him.

I would highly recommend them. The yellow jackets and the squirrel have not come back.
