Description of Work: Doug from Elite Print Management arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He fixed a Okidata C5500 printer that was not feeding paper or when it did, the print was not a clean print. Beyond just fixing the problem, Doug cleaned all the inside housing of the printer being very careful not to get toner anywhere but in the trash. He was very thorough and the printer is still working great. I also purchase replacement toner cartridges as he had them in stock and with him. Service cost included toner cartridge and part.
