EFFECTIVE PEST CONTROL

Treatment for ants was fine. Called several months later to get a treatment for some other bugs, but could not get a return call. I called and left 4 ro 5 messages over a 2 week period... never got a return call. Not sure what the problem was.

I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in the schedule two days later, at the time I wanted. He showed up promptly at the scheduled time and was so friendly and professional. He asked if I was having any specific issues and then explained what he was going to do. He asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I asked if there was any danger for my dog and he gave me all the information. He did the inside of the the house first and then the outside. He let me know that I had quite a few hornets nests starting and also told me that he did not see any signs of bugs along the exterior foundation. I have to stress how friendly he was. I received an invoice that had all the information listed. It took approximately an hour and fifteen minutes.

Brian (Owner) was responsive to the chiggars that invaded my yard and the carpenter ants the were in my guest bath.
Brian stated he could spray the whole yard and kill the chiggars for about two months but that they may come back.
The chiggars died or disappeared a day later and have had no issues since.
Brian also sprayed for the carpenter ants and they died a few days later.

They where very friendly when they where there working. They were also very professional about the job they did. They did show up on time when they said they would Be there to do the work.

THE 2ND TECH (PAUL) WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS JOB. HE WAS ON TIME AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. HE MOVED SOME ITEMS SO THE SPRAY WOULD NOT HARM THE ITEMS. MOST TECHNICIANS DO NOT CARE OR TAKE THE EXTRA TIME TO REMOVE ITEMS.
