We recently took a family car to Deans Collision Repair for some minor body work on a family member's car after an 'oops' incident.
Deans did an excellent job of providing our insurance company with a complete estimate, and did an amazing job on the repair. In fact, it was impossible to tell that anything had ever happened to the car--it looks as good as new! The job was finished when they said it would be and the fees were exactly as stated--no surprises.
While Deans did not provide the lowest bid for the repair, their reputation in the community and the quality of the work they have done on our other vehicles over the years convinced us that they would do a superior job and that the VALUE of the repair would exceed what we could obtain from any other body shop.
In a day and age when 'good enough' is often the best we can expect, finding craftsmen who take pride in their work--as the staff at Deans do--is a real treat!

My son and quot;curbedand quot; my wife's car during a turn and knocked the alignment off. Dean's gave us an estimate and performed the service. When we went to pick it up the total was less than a $1 from the estimate. Not only did they get the alignment back in but also buffed the wheel so that it is barely noticeable. Also the personnel treat you like you are one of the family. They offered to go over the repairs thoroughly if we had any questions. Old time customer service. I'm a customer for life.
