This company was so easy to work with! Everyone I had contact with was very kind and answered a million questions I had! The price couldn t be beat and the install was effortless and it is beautiful!

Bathtub to shower conversion - Bad experience. The shower floor that was tiled had a wave effect to it, their answer was to just tile over it. Unacceptable. Finally, they sent a tile layer out to rip it all out and completely re-tile the shower floor. The end result did meet with my approval. The drain, however, was not moved to the center of the shower as I was told it would be, the reason they gave me was your bathe dogs in this shower. Made zero sense. Cutouts for holding shampoo, etc. were warped and had to be redone. End result is a slope that everything slides off. Three, or four times per shower I am picking bottles off the shower floor. Warp still visible. Substantial dip in the main wall, tile had to be ripped out and redone, dip is still there and all the walls are different heights now. First time using shower, shower column flew out of the wall and is now bent. Plumbing not secured behind the wall and shook violently when running other appliances that use water. Had to hire someone else to come in and cut through the closet wall to get to the plumbing to secure it. The new shower valve I purchased they tried to install and broke a screw off inside and then tried to hide it by securing the handle on with mastic. Came right off in my hand. They subsequently came out with a new valve but could not figure out the correct position for hot and cold. Finally, after 3 attempts I asked them to leave and hired someone else who resolved the issue in 2 minutes. Shower curb is two inches too short, meaning if the plumbing ever backs up, my bathroom will flood. What really chaps me the most is they knew they were doing crummy work and tried to push it through anyway. They took my money and ran, and the owner does not care enough to even make good on this. He is in hiding would not recommend Dallas bath and glass Now the owner is saying they only provided the glass, which is false It appears to be a way around owning up to the disaster I am left with. Now water leaks out all over the bathroom floor and they will not return my calls or e-mail Time to sue.

They had to work around others in the house, they never complained and did an outstanding job. Our glass shower door fit perfectly and looks amazing! I would hire this crew again in a heartbeat.
