"Response to review and comments by Elizabeth Tunnell You signed two contracts for services, first was from Buildu.com, LLC for Shower Remodel. Second was from Dallas Bath and Glass, Inc. I have interest in both of these Companies. Your emails admitted Shower Glass Enclosure installed by Dallas Bath and Glass, Inc was installed satisfactory. But you still refuse pay your invoice of $600.00 My records reflect the following dates: Buildu.com invoice dated 12/29/2014 amount of $4650.00 after adjustments. Job started sometime in January of 2015, and completed soon after. My records show we communicated with on the following dates beginning from your first email requesting us to return for warranty issues dated January 18, 2015 January 19, 2015 responded to your email, and returned to your home no less than 4 times working on your concerns. Some of which were not included in the scope of work. Each time you told my guys you were satisfied. I have also responded to your formal complaint with the North Texas BBB, 6/17/2015,6/19/2015,06/30/2015,07/1/2015, 07/11/2015: I agreed to Arbitration and to accept 100% of recommendations by Arbitration Board, you refused go to Arbitration meeting!. BBB closed the case on 07/28/2015 On 12/2019 You contacted my office and spoke to Whitney, giving her false name in an attempt to have us come to your home. I sent email dated 12/6/2019 Stating you declined the Arbitration over 5 years ago. I also sent you email about 2 weeks ago requesting good day and time to contact you to discuss a possible resolve, with no response from you.
