Corwin Enterprise Plumbing

Jose showed up in window, was very friendly, and did both jobs in slightly less than an hour. $25 in parts and $150 in labor. I'd HIGHLY recommend them based on my experience with them. He even told me one thing I could do to fix another minor problem on my own, instead of us them, since it's a cheaper and easy fix.

He is really good. He is the best plumber that I have ever used. He went way out of his way to do what he did. He went above and beyond the call of duty. His price is good. He is here whenever I need him.

In the process of using a motorized snake to clear out a clogged
upstairs sink, Jose and his assistant broke the pvc piping that ran
across the family room ceiling. This caused a leak in half a dozen
places in the ceiling and down the window frame. It also forced them to
cut a 2 foot square hole in the ceiling to get to the pipe.
After examining the damage, they first said the pipe might have had a
'weakness' in it, then they said it was because the pipe was just 1 and
1/2 inches rather than 2 inches which was a violation of code (I later
confirmed with a master plumber that this was not an accurate statement),
then they said it was a result of the elbow not being a long sweep.
Long story short, they said they were not going to pay for the repair of the
damage because it wasn't their fault. It was due to unforeseen issues with the
pipe. Jose's words were, and quot;If we had to fix everything we broke when we do work,
we would end up working for free.and quot; I was stunned!!!
I called the owner, Louie Corwin, who came right over and then
echoed Jose's sentiments. They charged me $325 for 2 and 1/2 hours of
work and left me with a gaping hole in my ceiling.
I had to hire a contractor to come and do the dry wall fixing and repaint my entire
family room and kitchen ceiling because the rooms are connected without a
separation. That cost another $300 to repair.
I make a conscious effort to support my community by hiring Rockwall area
business people whenever I can. I will never, ever do business with this
company again and highly recommend that you find a plumber other than
Corwin Enterprise.

Louis (the owner) and Jose (other primary plumber) are very professional and courteous. They do work that is higher quality than any plumber I have ever used before. You do get a good idea ahead of time of what the project will cost (we haven't been totally specific as we have had so much done). I do not question their integrity and honesty. The company came highly recommended to me from a couple of my friends. I don't know that they advertise and have a limited website so I think it is fair to assume that almost all of their business is word of mouth. They are on time - they get there when they say they will. Don't expect discount prices. I their billing is reasonable compared to other plumbers and services professionals. I have even been told to call if I need urgent help or some type of advice.
No question they are the best plumbers I have ever used.

I have been very pleased with Corwin Enterprises. They had the most reasonable estimate and honored it even 6 months later. They ran pipe, disconnected the septic system, and connected to the city sewer. I also used their sprinkler system service for repair and it works beautifully. They worked around my schedule and were very considerate of my tenants. Good communicators.

He's fixed many things for me over the years - at my home, my rental property, and by barn. I have no complaints.
