We were not happy with Comcast so we changed to another company. My kids deal with them some of the times. I will not use them again.

I love having their service and I am very happy with the customer service. The agents are always helpful and they show an interest in helping me with whatever existing problem that I call about. I am so glad that they are my service providers.

I did not like how they increased their rates and the customer service is awful. It seemed like no one wanted to help you or answer your questions when you inquired about something. I just felt that they were only worried about a profit and not the customers.
