Perfectly. Craig was informative and punctual. The time required and cost were as estimated. His work is very neat, and he cleaned up afterward better than anyone we've used before. After we described an odor problem unrelated to this job he suggested a diagnostic smoke test, the only one of three plumbers we spoke with who mentioned such a thing.

Craig is a nice guy, based in Rockwall (not one of those mega-companies based in other parts of the DFW area that pops up on an internet search). He did the work promptly and professionally. He also answered several questions I had and gave me some plumbing advice. Can't ask for much more than that.

I have been trying to contact him all week for him to come out and reinspect it to see if I can use him again since it was originally his work but he is not responding.

We had a black mold spot on the ceiling. I had cut the drywall and explained to him what I saw. He knew EXACTLY. What it was, without even coming out. He told me to replace the wax ring on the toilet upstairs as water was flowing down. He even told me how to do it. Save me $145. Wow!!

Craig has been doing work at our house for probably about 5 years. He has replaced a lot of valves under sinks, (Old House) laundry room, outside water spickets, also installed new water heater. He is extremely nice, honest with his facts and opinions, very professional, easy to speak with about your issues. Highly recommend his services. Prices are good too!

We originally had this same issue fixed in May of 2011 by Baker Brothers. They did a good job, but had to bust a hole in our floor to access the pipe and get it fixed. After paying over $3000 we had to put the carpet back down and ultimately had the same problem problem happen after some foundation repair. Baker Brothers came back out to look over this issue initially, but wouldn't cover the work under their warranty since it was due to the foundation being lifted.
After being quoted $2500 from Baker Brothers, Craig was able to offer his services for a much cheaper rate and faster. The crew was in and it was fixed in one day.
Craig did a wonderful job, I would highly recommend his services to anyone. We've had several other things fixed or installed by him and it's always been done correct the first time.

He seems very honest. He saved me money because he told me that I didn't need something that I thought I would need.
