We did not have a good experience with them. We had them out a couple of times. We had to go through our home warranty company and this is who they use. It took a few times to fix it the first time but it was not fixed and we had to have someone else come out a few weeks later because the system quit working again and the second people came out and found they put dirty refrigerant back in.  The communication was poor and we did not have good communication between them and the home warranty company, we had to keep running things down. One good thing was the first time we had issues they came out that day and it was night, but as it drug on the responsive dropped off. They could have done it right to start with. The coil upstairs was done fine but with the compressor the best we can tell is they pulled out the old refrigerant and did not put new in but old back in. They could have been more responsive, I don't know if they were swamped or what. I don't if the guy was stuck between owner and the home warranty company and we got the short end of the stick and it went out a few weeks later. They told us a few times they would be there and we had to reschedule it. A few times we worked around our schedule so they could be in the attic and they were not there until the next day in the afternoon.
