ARIES SPAS

The experience was ok, and they fixed the leak, but it felt like there was some nickel and diming going on. Little things like charging their hourly rate for the time it takes for the spa to fill, and having to arrange a 2nd service callout b/c I didn't notice another leak until 10 minutes after they'd left the first time (they didn't charge a callout fee the 2nd time, but it was terribly inconvenient to have to be there again on another day). I get it - they may not have anything else to work on while they're waiting for the spa to fill, but take a break - go get lunch, mail a letter, run an errand...don't charge me $100 to fill my hot tub. They fixed the leaks we hired them to fix. We also purchased a replacement cover, and they got it all installed, and the service guy was nice enough (?) to help me carry the old one around to the front of the house for bulk pick up. But next time we need repairs, we'll look for another option first.

These guys are great. No big sales job by Mike, but he listened and responded to our needs. Installation was a breeze. Afterward, they called to tell us they were replacing the top because they noticed a few frets at the seam. We looked and bearly saw it, but they replaced any way. great customer service!

The service was excellent. We love Aries Spa. The staffs were nice and personable. We would use them again in the future.

They have good customer service. They’re a great company. They’re home owned. If you call them, they get here fast. We had a slight problem with one, they came out and changed it for us and no questions ask. They have great people. The pricing was very comparable with other spa that we checked around here. In fact, they were lower than most. Aries is the best spa out there. They responded immediately. They were on time. They came exactly when they said they were. They’re very professional. I would use them right now if I needed it.

The whole scheduling thing went very smoothly. I love it when the office says the serviceman will call on the due date and give an approximate arrival time - and then he actually calls and arrives as promised. Communication is very important to me.

Jose was fast and knew what he was doing. I appreciated him letting me watch over his shoulder while answering all my questions. He went well beyond my repair questions and gave me some good information on proper pump (and water) maintenance to prevent another premature failure. He showed me what to watch for that, if caught early enough, could be repaired with a new seal at a much lower cost before a catastropic failure requires an expensive pump replacement.
Another big plus for communication.

We custom ordered our spa from them 5 years ago and was very pleased that they got it right the first time. They gave us great service then and we are going to stay with them.

The overall transaction was excellent. Was actually able to visit while my spa was under construction and personalize the placement of the jets, I have back issues and this was a big plus. Customer service is first class. Ordered about a month ago it was ready 1 July (they went out of there way to make sure it was completed for the july 4th weekend). They have come out 3 times since to help me tweak it and install a hydraulic lift (I changed my mine and wanted it after the purchase). Nice to see a company that actually cares and goes above and beyond to satisfy a customer. AAAAAA+++++++++

Great!  They sent two technicians in case they need them. If they had NOT needed both, I would have only been charged for one technician. I did not both. 
Technicians came, assessed the problem, gave me two options to resolve the problem, and fixed the leak.
Simple. Pleasant experience. Very reasonable price..

I would recommend Aries to anyone interested in buying a spa.

They did well. It was a freezing weather and they helped us. They were expensive. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Their price was very competitive. They had a large selection to choose form, so it was easy to find exactly what we were looking for. They are a local company, so you aren't buying from across the country, and you also don't have to wait for something to get ordered in. You deal directly with the company when you call. The people who delivered the spa really knew exactly what they were doing.
