They were prompt and diligent about making progress with the trees.  I expected a big crew and lots of loud equipment, but the pair of people who came out finished the job without a lot of disruption and in one day.  They raked and cleaned up afterward and it feels like a whole new yard!  Unfortunately, now you can tell how badly the house needs painting.  The trees are beautiful, though.

Had three trees trimmed, two in the front yard and one in the back yard. They look so much better and the limbs are off the house and fencing now! They cleaned up their own mess too so we didn't have to wait on bulk trash day and carry it all out to the curb. Third person in the neighborhood to use them and definitely worth it.

There was a bit of a hiccup initially--we scheduled the trees to be trimmed but got rained out. Then I didn't hear from them in over a week, so I figured they'd forgotten about me. However, Scott called me yesterday to explain the lack of response (they had a worker quit suddenly in the middle of a job) and they came out today and did the work. The trees look great, Scott is very personable, and I will probably use them again the next time I need my trees trimmed. The price was much lower than other places I looked.

The owner performed the work himself and even gave me the option of leaving the tree limbs for bulk trash pickup for a reduced rate. However, I chose to have him haul all the debris away. I was able to schedule the tree removal within the next week. He showed up on time and completed all the work safely within a few hours. He gave me some tips on maintaining my existing trees and even some suggestions on appropriate replacement tree types. Would use him again.

I called 4 tree services and of them all he was:
- The only one who showed up the same day to give me a quote.
- Included the price of grinding with the tree removal.
- Had the lowest price.
Mark showed up to give me a quote on the same day I called which was great. He was very professional/knowledgeable but also really friendly. Felt a lot like asking a buddy to come out and help you with a project or something. He showed up on the scheduled day on time and got right to work. He and his wife took down the tree in no time, they also did a great job cleaning up the mess too.
A few months later I was in the market for a new Tree to replace the old one. I called Mark up and got a ton of useful advice on what trees to look for. He offered to do it but also gave me some other places to look for buying a tree that I might be able to get a better deal on for the particular type of tree I was looking to get. I love that kind of honesty.
I plan doing some landscaping around the house soon and I will definitely be giving Mark a call to see what they can do for me there.
