+ -1 moreAppointment was scheduled for 9:00. When 9:30 came and went, I called Allen Bauer and he stated he would be at my house in 30-45 minutes! I reminded him our appointment was at 9:00 and that I wasn't going to be able to wait since I had to go to work to which he replied "you should have taken the morning off". Unbelievable! He gave major attitude and also said "if you have a problem with that, you should use someone else." I don't think I've ever experienced such rudeness, unprofessionalism and horrible attitude. I am absolutely shocked that someone could behave this way to anyone, let alone a service company to a prospective customer.
