BUYER BEWARE - DISHONEST & UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. I paid an $85 service fee for HVAC inspection on 11/19. During the visit I asked Keith if he needed to open up the unit to inspect the AC/Heat. He stated that it probably didn't need it if I kept my air filters clean and changed out regularly. I then also paid additionally to have customer provided back up drain pans replaced. Now today when I am using the heater for the first time since the service visit the unit is not providing warm air. When I called today to state the issue along with my concerns, I was told that I would be required to pay another service visit fee. I stated that I do not feel the HVAC inspection on the 11/19 service call was ever performed and that I should not be required to pay another fee for service I already paid for that was not performed. I was told that was the only thing they were willing to do and that I cannot prove that the inspection was not performed. I then stated that I do not feel this is the right way to treat a customer in this situation and gave every opportunity for your company to make it right. I asked the woman on the phone to ask Keith if he performed the inspection and she stated he was not there. I asked to speak with the Manager and she stated he wasn't available. I asked her to call Keith to ask him about the services performed or not performed. I asked for the Manager to call me so we can have this resolved immediately. I am currently awaiting follow up communication on how this can be resolved satisfactorily. It is very cold right now and me and my family should not have to suffer because a company has refused so far to make it right without sticking me with duplicate costs.  BUYER BEWARE - DISHONEST & UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Went well. They arrived on time, worked fast, tested system thoroughly, cleaned up, etc.  Very courteous workers.

This new system is still running nicely and we have not heeded to call them since installation. And a bonus, our new system saves electric $$$.

We like to use them. Our home warranty doesn't cover them but sometimes we still use them. They diagnosed the problem immediately when they came to check over our furnace. They repaired it very quickly at what we felt was an honest price. They've come out 2 or 3 times. They seem to really know what they are doing. They also put an Amanda air conditioning system in my dad's house and it has been great. They are really terrific. Their prices are fine.

This company originally came to fix our air conditionerss and heaters under a home warranty they were excellent, they no longer serve our zip code under our warranty or we would still be using them.  We do have them come and do a yearly service check on our heaters and air conditioners this is not under home warranty.  We also had them put in a new air conditioner at 94 year old father's house and they will be the one we call for all of his service, he is not under a home warranty.  Can't say anything but good things about them from the response when you call their office until the work is done.

We would highly recommend them to others because they are like family. The one guy in specific Warren and he is like family to us now. He stops and checks and focuses on his family and we even have a secondary home that we just gave him the key to and we trust him completely. We have the comfort level with him that he is like family.

I had used them before also and that is why I used them again. They came and looked at the system and said everything was fine. They did not do any particular work and yet they charged me $100. The person did not turn me off but yet they did do anything and charged me, so I feel neutral about their service.

My A/C downstairs stopped running and I contacted this company. They had a technician out in a couple of hours. He went outside and looked at the units and immediately noticed a problem in the unit that was still running. In about 30 minutes he had both units running satisfactorily.

He was very polite, went right to work on the job. Was at the house approx 45 minutes. Very quiet, but very thorough. Would definitely hire again. The only thing I might ask is that he explain what he is going to replace/fix before doing it. Not that it was a problem, just for my own information.

He lets you know when he's there, when he leaves and when or if there are any problems with your equipment. He talks to you as a peer and is able to explain things in a way that is easily understood.

I found Air Performance knowledgeable and fair. They were very kind people and reasonably priced. A definite good choice for anyone requiring a good stable company to do business with.

I HAD A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH AIR PERFORMANCE HEATING & AC INC DURING AN EMERGENCY. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL DURING AN AUGUST HEAT WAVE IN TEXAS.

WE HAVE USED THIS SERVICE PROVIDER FOR 6 YEARS (AFTER UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER LOCAL PROVIDERS) ON ALL OF OUR HEATING AND AC MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR. I FEEL THAT THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE HONEST REPAIRS (FOR THINGS THAT WERE ACTUALLY WRONG WITH THE SYSTEM). THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL IN APPEARANCE AND MANNER, EVEN GOING SO FAR AS TO OFFER TO TAKE SHOES OFF TO NOT SOIL THE CARPET.
