Got quite earlier from Contractors plumbing service, Owner Kenny/$4500.00 after unsuccessful roof vent snake; Wanted to redo kitchen sink plumbing and repair route drain-claimed pipe broken in slab.?.? Thank God I sought second opinion and A2Z arrived / days early; snaked kitchen roof vent successfully in les that 20 minutes!! American Home Shield who has served us for 12 years, denied claim, colluded with Contractors and affected to fix fir $ 4500.00 Rip off!!! Thank you to Michael and assistant from A2Z for quick, effective and HONEST service. Hard to find today!!

Repaired within 20 minutes; paid $160.00 to TERRIFIC tech Micheal and his partner; they were fast & effective and friendly-came out ahead of scheduled appointment. Estimated by Contractors Services Plumbing, sent by AMERICAN HOME SHIELD warranty co., quoted repair after 1 hour diagnosis was $4500.00. Thank God for honest techs and reputable companies! Will not call any others going forward!

It went very well. He gave us a time frame as to when he would arrive, then called when he was on the way. Fixed our toilets in a fairly short amount of time, and was friendly and professional.

Well, had it going in no time. It was a Friday afternoon & feared we would be stuck with it until Mon. at least. However, they managed to come with short notice which was appreciated!

AWESOME! I PUT IN INQUIRIES LATE SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, RECEIVED CALL FROM CASEY ON MONDAY. MY INITIAL REQUEST WAS FOR A TANKLESS WATER HEATER SYSTEM. CASEY WAS HONEST AND PROVIDED MORE INFO ABOUT IT AND I DECIDED AGAINST IT AT THIS TIME. I WAITED UNTIL I RECEIVED OTHER QUOTES, WHICH WERE MUCH MORE THAN I WANTED TO PAY. CALLED BACK AND SET MY APPOINTMENT FOR WEDNESDAY MORNING. MICHAEL AND ANDREW CAME READY TO TAKE ON THE REPLACEMENT TASK. THE EMERGENCY SHUT OFF WAS INSTALLED, A WATER COLLECTION PAN AND MY NEW RHEEM WATER HEATER. MICHAEL AND ANDREW WERE PROFESSIONAL IN COMPLETING THE JOB. ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS THAT I ASKED AND EXPLAINED THE ADDITIONAL ITEMS AND HOW THEY WORK (ITEMS THAT WERE NOT REQUIRED WITH MY PRIOR INSTALLATION) DUE TO CITY CODE REGULATIONS. Services were provided by Michael Andrew who was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Micheal not only cleaned out kitchen drain which was clogged and backing up into the sink but identified and provided a temporary solution for my sink which had detached from the granite counter top and had caused the seal and piping under the sink to break loose when my husband had tried to unstop the sink the night before.

After looking at the problem Kasey gave me a free estimate. They then dug out the area and replaced the pipes. Everything is working great now

After discovering water leaking from our yard, we called A2Z and spoke with the owner Casey Mitchell. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to handle this Quest plastic pipe, and said he would have someone out the next day between 10 am and noon. As promised, Michael and Todd arrived at 11 am, immediately found the leak after some digging, and quickly fixed the problem. Michael and Todd were very professional and friendly, and told us what they were doing at each stage of their work. They cleaned up the repair very nicely. This is the second time we have used A2Z; the first time was to fix a gas leak from a corroded pipe entering our bedroom wall. That time Casey and Dillon did the repair, and we were so pleased we immediately called them again for this water leak. We have quite a few plumbing projects that need to be done, and we will call A2Z Plumbing again when we are ready.

Casey was very upfront over the phone; he understood my problem and gave me an approximate estimate without beating around the bush. He fixed the problem, was very informative, and honest. The pricing was very fair as well. I will definitely call him again because he does his job well and is so helpful!

Fantastic. Was told they could not come out until the next but instead squeezed me in on the same day. Michael and Todd did a great job freeing up the sink. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and very courteous. Would definitely hire them again.

It went well. It took a while to get one of them to fit properly, but it now works.

I have a new plumbing company that I trust. There pricing was fair and they were very efficient. Michael is a very pleasant young man and I was extremely pleased with their performance. I will definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs in Dallas. They were scheduled between 3 - 5 and actually arrived at 2:30. After not having a sink since December 2017, it was really great that I did not have to follow up. They apologized for "being early".

Arrived promptly following call. Completed work efficiently. Only negative, cleanup was not done as well as expected. Prior crews from this contractor providing same service were more attentive to cleanup.

Two other plumbers told us we would need to have our foundation dug out to get to the problem and gave us estimates of $2000 - $3000+. A2Z was able to come out and find the problem and use a balloon to retrieve an unused extra fitting left over from construction that was lodged in the plumbing causing our system to backup. Casey was 100% honest and it was truly a pleasure to work with him! I have recommended his company many times since.
