Jason answered my call quickly and came out late on a Friday to fix a major back up in my guest bath

We discovered the leak over the weekend.  I left a message and Jason called right away.  The plumber that came to fix my issue was early, quick and kept me informed throughout the process. 
They were super easy to work with.  Took care of the issue right away and completely professional.  I would definitely use them again.

Replacing the hot water tank with a Rheem Tankless Hot Water Heater was a challenge because we moved the location of the heater to another level of the house.  Jason made several trips over to the house to access how to do it and helped us come up with a solution that works and looks fantastic.  He had to move the hot and cold water connections as well as the gas connection.  The outdoor heaters can be an eyesore, but he installed it recessed into the exterior wall of the storage area and vented it to the outside.  All of the pipes and levers are hidden behind a removable panel and the job is super clean and nice.   During the course of the project we were out of town, but Jason came over and did the job and kept us up to date with photos and stayed in close contact to be sure we were satisfied. We were very happy with the level of professionalism and the quality of the work.  We will call him again should the need arise.

He was ready to come out and continue working and finish a job in a way which was cheaper. I called him and he came out. I asked him for an estimate, and he came out the same day and gave me an estimate. He knew where things were on the wall. He was able to make a plan as to how he was going to fix the problem by using an alternate route that the previous plumber did not do.

We found Superior Plumbing here on Angies List. Jason was extremely professional, courteous, prompt and fair with pricing. He's obviously very knowledgable because he quickly accesses what needs to be done and gets the job professionally completed without delay. We will always call Superior Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs and would recommend to anybody in the Rockport area.

I received him from Angie's List, he is a certified plumber!! They completed the job timely, they were very prompt, and cleaned up after them self perfectly.

Prompt service, professional will be using him for a very large sewer repair next week. We bid the job out and were pleased with his bid and work that he had previously done. Will be our plumber of choice from now on.
