It seemed they worked hard with many smoke breaks.  I watched them as much as I could.  The fence was not straight on one side.  One of the gates is a mess.  I think the pieces were cut wrong.  They did not want to dig the bottom of the fence in, so it would be straight on the top rail.  I did call them back to look at the fact it was not close to the property line on one corner and told them of the gate issues. They said they would fix the gate-with a turnbuckle.. There were a ton of excuses why the fence was not straight.  Not even a "sorry-we made a mistake".

Lewis gave a fair estimate for the job. The Job was labor only, we had purchased the fence. His crew, John and Matt were hard workers.

We never got past the first visit by their salesman.  Their representative came out, measured the fence for repairs due to the tornado here in Portland, Texas.  He said he would call with an estimate in two days.  Never heard another word from him.  I called at least two times and the third time I said "I won't be calling again".  No one ever has called me back.  The tornado was devasting to many of us on our street, we don't need to waste our time with someone who is so unpolite as to not even returning a simple phone call.  I tore his card up and will never recommend this company.

Straight Line Fence & Construction were extremely professional. They had a good price. They did a wonderful job.

I use Straight Line Fence & Construction Company for general remodeling work on a regular basis and I have had great success.  They are excellent.  I like the fact that they do good work in a reasonable price.  I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.
