SCHEUMACK BUILDERS LP

We met the contractors to update a prior estimate the last week of December and told them if they were close to the previous estimate we wanted to schedule the work. They came out to the house to look over and told us they thought they could get back to us with a revised bid the following week and it might even be sooner if there were no changes. I have called the company three times and each time was told they would submit the bid to me within a few days that the owner reviews all bids and hasn't gotten to it yet. We really have received the run around from this company and I wish if they didn't want to do the work or didn't want to revise their bid they would have just told me and I would have moved on to other contractors. They have wasted my time as we live in Houston and had to drive in for them to look at the house. I would advise anyone to look hard at using this company for anything since they have not proven to follow through on providing a revised bid in a reasonable amount of time.
