Do not hire him unless you really like getting ripped off and having to go to court. My parents hired him to pain the inside of their house. Everything was wrote down from the measurements of the walls to the color of paint. Richard ordered the wrong color paint and tried to blame it on my parents. My mom got her copy of the work order and showed him that it was his mistake. Richard still tried to make them pay for the wrong paint he had bought. It took him twice as long as he said to do the job because he showed up late everyday and left early everyday and he still never finished the job. After he was paid to finish the job the took all the paint and supplies my parents bought and never came back. My parents tried several times to get him to finish the work but he never came back. They ended up having to take him to civil court and got the judgment against him but he still hasn't paid it. What little work he did was very sloppy as it was.
