Murray CTI Concrete Design
About us
As a franchise of Concrete Technology Inc, we provide a revolutionary coating designed to protect existing concrete while giving it the look, texture and color of inlaid brick, tile, slate, marble or something unique to the homeowner. Founded in 1991, CTI has seen over 700% growth. Our products can withstand the most extreme climates. Freezing and thawing, salts and de-icing agents, heat, sun and other elements that will normally deteriorate concrete over time have no effect on the Concrete Technology System. Our System is twice the strength of normal concrete and easier to maintain. This tough, durable coating stands up year after year. Whether it’s mold and mildew that can turn concrete dark and dingy, or motor oil that will permanently stain normal concrete, the CTI System is a non-porous system that keeps stains and chemicals at the surface. This means that most of the time, a hose and and a little detergent is all that is needed to keep your CTI System looking brand new.

"We never seal until the customer gives their approval which Stan did, so we sealed it. then they changed their mind, which would require us to regrind all of the areas they wanted, restain and reseal fir which I charged them $500. we let the customer make all the color changes they want before we seal, not after. it did not look like a paintbrush, it looked like veins in a slab and the color was under the top colors. both Stan and his wife saw the veins being created and had no complaints. once we get approval to seal the design and stain work is done. Stan was a very nice guy, and I gave him a 1500 discount for the job. I suspect."
"I completely understand Susan frustration; however, I warned her it was a new product that we had never used on a garage floor before. It was normally 9K and I sold it to her for 4.2K, a huge discount. Needless to say, it did not work. So we had to switch to straight epoxy and unfortunately, their garage floor was newly poured and was "gassing off" which caused big bubbles to form and I had to keep cutting out portions, backfilling it, and then re-covering the entire floor to make it uniform. It took so much epoxy that I had to order more which added to the time. Plus it rained a lot and we cannot do it in the rain because it blows in through the garage doors. I ended up spending 12K on a 4.2K job because I will NOT leave a job until the customer approves, which they did approve in the end. I offered to do their patio with our Hallmark product (which is our main product) for free, which was a 6K job, and I also offered to pay for whoever they chose to fix their driveway. One last note, their driveway was not normal cement, it was composite with pebbles, etc, and a thin layer of cement...we would never have used a powerwash had we known that."
