The contractor Bill Tyner did not give an estimate of the work after repeatedly asking him for it.
He did not return calls. Had two appointments with him and he never showed up.
A professional person would have better responsibilty if they want to stay in business.
Angie's list should never promote contractors who are not responsible.
One good thing I never paid any money up front.
