 + -1 moreMr. Hardesty sent us an estimate of $6,008.75 which included having our shower, tub and floor tiled. After the job was complete, we realized that the squaring of the tile floor and shower floor was off by 3 inches. On top of that, he billed us for a total of $8,172.95 and he did not even tile the bathroom tub which was quoted $1000.00. If you take the $1000.00 quoted for the tub off the $6,008.75 estimate, we should have owed around $5,008.75. Instead, he insisted we pay the $8,172.95 which is around a $3000.00 difference. I you want lousy work, and you like being screwed financially, use Hardesty Builders.
Description of Work: The person he had lay tile was horrible. The whole bathroom floor and floor of the tiled shower was out of line. On top of that, the tile man would show up for two hours each day which caused the project completed to drag on forever.
