Consider it Done offers the following services: I watch over your second home property or your main home when you are not there. I do security checks, minor maintenance (a/c filters, light bulbs, septic treatment and etc. I will open your house for other service providers and secure it when they leave. I will maintain the batteries on your boat or other vehicles. I will report any maintenance or security concerns. I can provide e-mail or text information to keep you informed.
Maintenance or repairs that are detailed or time consuming. I cannot advertise or broker any deals if you are renting your property. I can meet with the renters, inspect the property before and after their stay and collect monies from them. I can also provide them with my number to report any problems that may come up.
