They were prompt and found that brakes were fine.

Bob has always been courteous on the phone and able to get me in the garage within a couple of days. He calls when an estimate of work is figured out and explains what needs to be done. Most times they have completed the work the same day. They stand behind there work and will recheck it if something is not right. It has been nice to find a quality mechanic in Rockport.

They checked our heat and air conditioning on a Toyota. They have excellent, honest service. They are incredibly competent. They not only checked it, they fixed it.

Last year a friend of mine recommended Certified to me. Since then I have had them do all the work necessary to keep two aging vehicles running. They are courteous, professional and reasonably priced.

.My Oldsmobile's Air Conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I was very concerned about what the issue would be, as I did not want to spend a lot of money on the car.

I talked to a couple of other repair shops in Rockport before going to Certified Auto Repair. At the first shop the mechanic did not seem like he wanted to work on air conditioners. At the second shop the owner would the owner would not even come over to talk to me.

I had seen Certified Auto Repair up on the main highway. The shop looked newer and cleaner then the shops in town. I decided to stop in and see if they worked on air conditioners.

The manager was very professional and explained what they would do to find the problem and then provide me information on the cost of the repair. The cost of the diagnostics was $37.50. He suggested I bring the car over in the morning and they would be able to work on it that day.

I brought the car over in the morning and received a call from the manager in about 30 minutes. He told me they had found a high side fittling leak. The repair would take about an hour and the cost around $106.00. I gave the go ahead and the car was repaired within the cost and estimated time.

The manager was very professional and friendly. I certainly will be taking my other vehicles to this shop. Also will be recommending this shop to all my neighbors and friends.
