The technician arrived right on time. He explained what he would be doing and then he did it. He took a reasonable amount of time and seemed thorough (some techs in the past were in and out in 5 minutes making me wonder what they did). We are signing up for quarterly extermination services to hopefully keep down the number of bugs in our home...a real challenge in a coastal climate.

After a great experience the 1st time we called them, we signed up for termite treatment for our rental.  We are very happy with this company!  Mark and his helper showed up early and were already at work when I arrived.  They spent at least 3 hours working on trenching around the foundation, drilling holes in the concrete, treating all pipes coming up into house, and cleaning up afterwards by filling in the drilled holes with concrete, smoothing out the dirt and sweeping off the sidewalk.  Very friendly and professional, will recommend this company to everyone and we will be signing up for quarterly pest control.

Showed up on time, service tech name is Thomas, very informative, spent 2 hours with us explaining and treating the German roach problem in our new house.  Examined all areas of the house and used 3 different methods to eliminate the problem pests.  Assured us that if there were any problems in the time frame needed to kill the pests, to call them and they will return to treat with no charge. Also pointed out other pests, like ants, and treated for those as well inside and out.  Very satisfied, money well spent.

This week they sprayed on all of our trees and they are real good.  There is a guy named Charles whom we love and he is real helpful.  We like them; they are real thorough on what they do with us, which we really like.  Living in the south we have a lot of bugs.  They are professional.   I signed a contract with them for the next year, but they do every 90 days on a 3 month contract.

The inspection was thorough. I would use them again in the future.

The price depends on what type of service you want.  I just take the regular package that takes care of water bugs and things like that.  They come out quarterly and it's about $60 every time they come out.  They get in and actually perform their job even if I'm not there.  When they come in they do a good job.  The people who come out have always been very professional but yet friendly.  If I have any questions or concerns I can always call them and they are right on it.  In general they are just an awesome company to work with.  They meet your needs but it’s not overpriced.

Called and requested pest control services and they were at my home within 2 hours even though I did not have a previous appointment and was leaving town that day. They did a thorough inspection and treatment and for a very reasonable price. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have requested quarterly service from them.
