We got several bids but we were most impressed with this man and his most reasonable prices of all the bids we got. We also had asked him to put landscape cloth underneath the deck, but he forgot. He pointed this out to us and he got it under the deck before the top boards were put on, so we were quite happy. We appreciated his honesty and willingness to make things right. He started right away and worked straight through. He also moved all the left over boards into the garage. A hurricane was coming and he stayed late to get done. He has a business of boarding houses up so he stayed very late to get done.
