A Green Solution

I found A Green Solution on Craiglist and was impressed with the before and after pictures so I gave them a call. I spoke with Andrew who was very professional and personable. I gave him the details of what I wanted done and he said he would call back to let me know when they could come out and give us an estimate. He called back within a few hours and said they could come out the next day. I told him they could come by any time after 7 a.m., Jeff was a little bit early but it was obvious I was up since all the lights were on. Jeff explained what they could do to remove the pollen, mildew and mud from the trailer, awning and concrete. They have special mildew removing chemicals as well as bleach. He mentioned they would use non-chlorine bleach so that the awning would not be bleached. He asked if they could walk on the roof or if i preferred they use a latter. It didn't matter to me either way. He also said they would move all heavy objects away from the trailer, which they did and they put them back. Jeff also mentioned that if other residents wanted to have their trailers pressure washed he would give me a discount. Not sure what that discount would have been if i had recruited any business for them. I was satisfied with the quote he provided considering all they would do and others have given me the same quote for far less. His staff arrived around 10 a.m. and were finished by about 1. Andrew was pretty much ?the staff?. The HUGE rig/trailer they use has three pressure washing stations for much bigger jobs. Apparently they mainly work Oil Field jobs and do this as a side job. The pressure washer stations have varied degrees of pressure they can use and the water is filtered plus it is heated. Andrew did a fantastic job and was very meticulous, he even pressure washed our Yeti, outside mat and storage unit. I did not think they could do a good job of cleaning the concrete under the trailer since it was hard to reach but he did an awesome job. During the time Andrew was working on the trailer, Jeff called Andrew to see how the job was going. Which I thought that was very professional. The trailer and concrete look brand new, I couldn't be happier with the results. A great plus was their professionalism and personalities, very nice people. I was told Jeff would be coming by as a follow-up as well.....again, very professional.
