 + -1 moreI couldn't have asked for better service. He makes me feel at ease. He is a wonderful man and has great manners. He is easy to talk to and goes into great detail when he is explaining things so that you understand him. He is very honest and upstanding. I am very glad Rockdale has him. Anything electronic he can fix. He is even willing to help you out after hours.
Description of Work: He specializes in virus and malware removal, optimization, efficiency of computers, laptops, and servers, consultation, resale of refurbished machines, website designs and personal computer training. My computer had a completely blank screen. I couldn't turn it on or even move my mouse. He spent nearly 24 hrs working on my computer and removed the 3 malware viruses from my computer. He updated me to windows 7 from Vista and it updates itself now. This guy is a genius. My computer works better than it did before. He is constantly helping me and setting me at ease using my computer.
