He identified exactly what it was. I think it was a switch. It was for parts, labor, use and diagnosis. The guy knows his stuff. My air conditioner had gone out on over the labor day weekend which is still extraordinarily hot in Texas. I left him a message on his service. He was here Tuesday morning after labor day very promptly. It probably took him 35-40 minutes to get it done; troubleshooting and fix. He explained everything and he gave us the bad part.

They are good. He identified the problem immediately. We happened to have the part on us, and he installed it. Then, we found out that the upstairs unit, the thermostat had crapped out, so he changed that out. It was fast, and it was the Friday evening before a three-day holiday. I am pleased with the response with the work that they had done. He supplied the thermostat and responded it. It was prompt and took care of a problem that would have made us suffer in the heat for three days.

Discovered part of drainage issues and subsequent trips to try to resolve overflow from filling was caused by unlevel units.

The repairman was very professional and quickly responded to our home to make the repair and thoroughly checked out our AC system while he was here.
