+ -1 moreQuick response and figuring out what was wrong. Part had to be ordered, but was in warranty. Only charge was for labor and refrigerant. Quickly fixed when part came in. Courteous and prompt. Fully explained what was needed, what was done, and what the charges would be prior to doing work. Final charges were as promised. Excellent work!
Description of Work: Repairs for Trane air conditioner. Faulty fan motor needed replacement, as well as recharging with refrigerant.

Description of Work: Installed a central a/c and heat system in my garage. Worked until 5:00 in the morning to meet a perceived deadline. Unbelievable quality and unique installation. The price is about 500.00 below market value for the unit installed. He returned just to check that everything was working to my satisfaction. An honest, Christian, highly skilled, businessman. A real pleasure to work with. The installation required several hours more than he had expected but only charged the original estimate.
