Quick response and figuring out what was wrong. Part had to be ordered, but was in warranty. Only charge was for labor and refrigerant. Quickly fixed when part came in. Courteous and prompt. Fully explained what was needed, what was done, and what the charges would be prior to doing work. Final charges were as promised. Excellent work!
