Jesse and his crew with KJ Foundation repair did and awesome job on our pier and beam repair. We needed some major repair on our parents house in Orange Grove. Original pier had started to tilt and beams were separating from piers. We had one contractor start the job and tired all kinds of short cuts to just do the job and eventually just stopped showing up. Jesse came out to look at the job and said we would have to redo the whole thing which at this point we just wanted to get it done and get it done right. Prior to the job Jesse answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. We were not able to be at the house at the start of the job but they worked with us the whole time and communicated with any needs, questions and/or concerns. Unlike the previous contractors they showed up every day before the schedule time and got so much work done. This was a huge job and they did what they said they would do plus more to make sure the job was done right and it was done on time. They removed all the existing piers and poured new ones, added 2 more rows of support for the home and leveled the home. Post job inspection we could definitely see the difference. Doors could now open, we didn’t feel the fluctuations in elevation in the floor and the floor just seemed more sturdy. We could not be more happy with the job they did on our parents house. Would highly recommend KJ Foundation Repair. They also do all sorts of hand work so I’m sure we will be using them again.

KJ Foundation Repair is extremely professional. The men did an awesome job with my house. The owner of the company was on the job site hand in hand with the crew. He was also working together with his crew. which told me my house was in good hands. He explained and also showed me the procedures when he and his crew were doing while repairing the foundation.

Since this is my first experience with this situation with the foundation all fell back into place inside the home. As far as I know they did what they said they would do fix the foundation. I certainly will call them again if the need ever arises again and I will let my neighbors know about them as well.
