Every time we have called them they always respond the same day. They always fix the problem at a very reasonable price. The staff is very professional. They will continue to be our first choice in Heating & A/C problems

Have used this provider for many years for air conditioner and heater repairs.  They have always been able to come same day as needed repair needed.  Have always taken the time to explain needed repairs.  The technician has always been able to find the problem quickly.

It is a local company.  They respond fast.  Every time I use them, they come the same day I call.  They always fix everything to my satisfaction.  We had a problem with the air conditioning unit and it had to be cleaned.  They had to remove it from inside the house, take it outside and clean it.  They had to weld it back.  They did a lot of work.  They did a good job.  It is a great company.

We haven't had them out in a while.  I think Centroplex is a service company.  We've been using them for about 10 years and I can't recall as to how I got started with them.  I just kind of keep going back to them.  I'm thinking to call them back out to service the unit.  Their price is competitive.  They did a good job.  They always do a good job when they come out.  My wife has them do all kinds of things like clean the coils, take the fan out and clean that and they are all willing to do that.  I might be able to find somebody cheaper, but then I'm not quite sure as to what kind of service I would get.  Robinson is just the next town over from Lorena so they are fairly local and once I call them and get on their schedule, they are always there on time.  I trust what they say and whatever they've said has always been the truth.

They are friendly, fair, and competitive with other prices around.  We have always had good experiences with them.  We have always gone back to them because they have done well.

They showed up, and called a day early, so they could come in and start sort of work because they had to do some ductwork as well, which of course I said yes.  I requested them to look at the ductwork as a part of the project.  They took care of a problem, which took a lot longer than they expected that they stayed until they got the job done and got it done right.

We were pleased with the overall experience. They helped us evaluate the proper size a/c unit, ordered and installed it timely, and cleaned up after themselves.
