I am very grateful that Steve Naylor showed interest in taking on my small project - installing laminate on a wooden box that would be used as a stand for a vintage slot machine from The Mirage casino. Actually, I hired another contractor prior to connecting with Steve last Thursday. Earlier in day, another contractor showed up, but it did not take long for us to realize that he had never worked with laminate before. I knew the process, just no experience or tools. Steve listened as I shared my story, and it was clear that he and his team were true professionals. The person who showed up was very professional. The box was not built perfectly, but he took the time to make it better. The work was completed in good time. No mess left behind. The remnants were placed back in the box. Steve is a very good communicator. He even took the time to call me and ensure the project was completed to my satisfaction. I can highly recommend Steve and his team.

He didn't order the laminate for the Countertop that I requested but I had the installer do the job anyway. The installer did an excellent job. I'm not sure why Steve didn't order what was requested.

The job done was perfect and I am happy with it. I had previously left a negative review and I apologize Steve as it is my fault. You are right that the trim below the cabinets should be wood and not a countertop trim. You are responsible only for the top to be done.

I had a kitchen remodle done a 4 years ago. I did not realize that my counters had issues until they started to gap in front of the sink. Steve came out and showed me were there were problems. He gave a quote to remove the countertop and replace. His crew built onsite the base, removed stove and sink. All drawers were remove and reinstalled. Then they cleaned up. Thank you.

They work hard, are helpful and friendly. They take pride in doing a good job and work with the client taking care not to damage the appliances or leave a mess before leaving.

Damaged my cabinets, which I was thankfully able to repair before paint. Also damaged my window which I am unable to repair. Would not return calls or texts.

After proceeding with our choices, they came in at the date/time that works for us both and completed the same day. Finished product looks amazing!
