THEY DID NOT COME WHEN SCHEDULED. THE WORK DONE TOOK LONGER THAN ESTIMATED. WE HAD TO LEAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS UNPROTECTED OVER NIGHT BECAUSE OF INABILITY TO DO THEIR JOB.

THIS COMPANY PERFORMS SECURITY MONITORING OF MY PREMISES ON A MONTHLY BASIS. AT FIRST I HAD A BIT OF DIFFICULTY WITH THEM CALLING ME FREQUENTLY WITH UNUSUAL REPORTS THAT ENDED UP BEING NOTHING. HOWEVER, AS THEY HAVE BECOME ACCUSTOMED TO OUR ROUTINE AND THE SOUNDS PRESENT WHENEVER WE ARE NOT HOME, THE FALSE ALARM CALLS HAVE LESSENED. OVERALL, THEY DO A GOOD JOB OF MAINTAINING THE SECURITY SYSTEM AND GIVING ME PEACE OF MIND THAT MY PROPERTY IS SECURE.
