+ -1 moreAfter moving in, we discovered we had an enormous problem with our roof. The leaks were behind the walls so it took months before there was evidence of a problem. The builder came out and inspected and after discovering the enormity of the problem (toxic mold, stone removal from front of house, roof re-design) he has basically "disappeared". We have now filed suit and a complaint with the TRCC. Since we believe the builder is in financial and legal trouble, we will have to pay the estimated $100,000 to fix the home ourselves.
Description of Work: We purchased a new home built by Pescara Homes.
