Overall, it was a dream job. The professionalism, courtesy, generosity, and work ethic were amazing; they arrived early and stayed late; the whole job was completed in less than two weeks. Every issue was addressed with courtesy, plus a lot of extras thrown in. They even brought me breakfast every morning. After interior painting was completed (separately contracted with painter), they returned when they said they would to address the few remaining punch-list items. The reason the final cost was higher than the original estimate was mainly due to the two extra days the electricians had to spend installing the new wiring through the solid wood walls (not studs and drywall) of my old house. Nortec really knows its business and conducts itself better than any category of home repair company I have encountered in 33 years of home ownership. They have residential remodeling perfected.
