AWAC Maintenance

Samsung Dryer, 4 years old, starting thumping like a pair of tennis shoes were loose in it. Kevin came out and examined the dryer. Expected it to be rollers but it turned out the stainless steel drum was actually split. Kevin tried to find the part, but Samsung discontinued the drum (for obvious reasons). Only solution is a new dryer. Kevin was clearly experienced, competent, and courteous, but most of all, he was honest. He did not charge us for the trip or the diagnosis. If you need a seasoned professional who is more interested in helping you than fleecing you, do yourself a favor and call AWAC and ask for Kevin.

Very professional and explained everything in layman term thus very easy to understand.  I will certainly call on AWAC again for any future needs.

It took several days. However, the finished product was well worth it. They always left the work area free of loose materials so I had no problem getting around on my walker.

At first everything was okay but then something went wrong and he came back (at no charge) at his earliest convenience and made it right. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and I am going to have him look at our washer and dishwasher as well

He built me two stairs and a handrail in my second home. He measured the area first then he researched what the codes standards were for my city; he told me he'd build it exactly to so so nobody could complain about it. He charged me $250 for that, which I thought may be a little high, but I needed to have it done. He got the job done quickly. I was very happy with the work done.

I’ve had trouble with my washing machine for several months. A few service providers came out to take a look at it but they couldn’t seem to figure out the problem. As soon as I told Kevin what the problem was, he knew exactly what part to get and he fixed it. I’ve had no problems since. I called the company and the next day he arrived. He was very speedy; he came over and took a look at the machine, and fixed it within approximately an hour.
