The serviceman came right out and had the parts with them. He was friendly and on time. It only took him an hour to do the repair and he even gave me some good tips on how to care for my pool.

The motor started making a screaming noise and I called them twice about coming out to look at it. Finally, the guy came out twice. The first time he accused me of causing the problem by running the pump dry (untrue) and not backwashing (also untrue). I told him that the pump was leaking around the connection, and he said he'd "write that on his report." The problem was still there, so I called them again. when I showed him the mildewed, leaky connection to the pump, he redid it, saying that's all he'd do for free, and it was my filter making the noise not the pump.

"We originally went out to install the pump that she provided. We went back out a second time and repaired a PVC leak on our work. She called and we went out for the pump making noise and found that she had the main valve shut off to the pool causing very little flow. We went out a 4th time for the pump making a noise but it was the push pull valve whistling. Every time we advised her that the filter was dirty."

I think they do a great job. I did have to speak with them about doing extra things to the pool without me knowing about it until I get the bill, but after that our relationship has been great. I had a really bad algae problem when they first started and now there are no problems.

I WOULD CALL HIM AGAIN IF I NEED MY POOL REPAIRED.
