The technicians were fantastic! They explained the problem(s) in terms I could understand and told me what they were doing as they fixed it. They were very professional and polite. I will use them again if I have any problems in the future.

The service tech arrived within the timeframe scheduled, was efficient and thoroughly explained available options. I am very placed with quality of service and will definitely use Alliance in the future.

They don't do carports

Phil and his assistant were nearby when I called. They said they would stop by shortly. Within 20 minutes they had called, gotten info on the problem and arrived. I showed them the problem. They gave me a very reasonable estimate and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes. My wife and I are very pleased. We got the Angie's List discount so the repair actually cost less than the quoted estimate. Extremely satisfied. We have used them in the past and will in the future when the need arises. Highly recommend.

Was assigned them from HWA. Tech arrived was there for 5 minutes. Apparently it was just a reset that needed to be done. No actual work. Charged 75 for the call despite dealing with other companies through HWA who charged less than this when the reason for the call required no real response. I asked about the charge and was met with indifference. I would not recommend

Great! I requested the service yesterday afternoon and the work was completed this afternoon. No major problems, but several adjustments were needed. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the door now operates more smoothly and quietly.

My garage door would no longer close this morning so I called Alliance. Ryan graciously worked me into their schedule this morning. In short time, Mark performed the repair and also tightened the springs and lubricated the track. The door works better than ever now. Both Ryan and Mark were very professional and polite. I am glad I chose Alliance.

Within minutes of asking for a quote on Angie's List Ryan of Alliance called me and we discussed what I was looking for and he instantly provided a quote. I said I would talk it over with my wife and ended up calling Ryan back the next day to schedule the work. Michael M. showed up at the agreed upon time and completed the work in a very hot garage in 1 hour. Michael cleaned up all the old parts and took them with him, very professional service.

I called to discuss a problem with the door. They immediately tried to sell me a maintenance visit then said they would come and look at it.They called the day before the appointment and said they had someone in the area, but I was unable to make the appointment. There was a two hour window for the appointment that they missed. I called and they said they got tied up at the warehouse, but that they were almost ready to head my way and could be there in an hour. I asked them how did they know that if they haven't left yet and were already late. When I had the door installed, the installer kept trying to up-sell me on options. I didn't think much of this until my warranty call when they immediately tried to sell me a service option. So now I'm stuck with having to get warranty from a company that wants to charge for warranty service, and doesn't show up. Initial and final experiences were good, but a rough spot in-between.

Fine, however, it only took about 15 minutes, minimal stuff done. I would have been very dissapointed had I paid full price.
