A Better Deal is the Best, Great service. I highly recommend them. They have serviced our home for many years, always completely satisfied with their work. Exceptional!

It was under $100. They came right away. Everything has been great. They arrived 20 minutes late. One person came out and it took about 45 minutes. They were on time, did the work quick and are low cost. The repair area was good. Everything was perfectly clean when they left. What stood out was their responsiveness, being there on time, quick, and they work very closely with you on pricing and everything. Their pricing is very well. They are very professional.

I would use them again in future.

They are a great company, we have used them multiple times, we always recommend them to our friends. They are always polite and on time. Once, the technician was in a car accident on the way to our house, and still showed up on time!

A Better Deal Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. got here quick. I'm still debating whether or not they've actually fixed anything. This house, they've been at it before. Every time it changes seasons, I've got to call them to make my heating or air conditioner work for the two of my units. Usually, it's one time for the downtown unit then another time for the other unit. There's usually four calls I get a year, two in the spring-summer and two in the winter. I think A Better Deal Heating and Air Conditioning is average, I would give them a B for overall experience.

The guys from A Better Deal had to do a lot of work to replace the snapped drain line.  They were on time, and were more than willing to work around my schedule.  I was pleased with the work they did, and have used them since for additional repairs.

Andrew was fantastic. They have cut my bill in half. The unit is paying for itself. They are very reliable.

Dusty did a great job. They were fantastic. They were very clean and neat. They did not make a mess in home. I highly recommend them.

I called early this morning and they said they would be there between 9 and 11.  The owner got here at 11:15 and looked everything over.  He then told me what was wrong and what his estimate was and how long it would take to fix it.  He answered all my questions and then told me that his tech would be there in 30 minutes to fix it. 

Chris showed up in 30 minutes, washed the coils and then showed me how we could help prevent it from happening again.  He showed me that the pressure was good and told me the coolant levels where good as well.  He was very courteous and helpful. 

I found everyone I spoke with to be friendly and service oriented.  I will definitely use them again and will tell any friends who need repairs or new systems about them.   

I plan to make them my go-to Heating and A/C company and I am scheduling them to complete routine maintenance.

They subbed out the installation and the guys left stuff all over the yard. I really like A Better Deal but I think they really need to work on getting better contractors out to do the installations. I will definitely be using them because I have a lifetime warranty.

A/C went out Friday night. I called early Saturday morning and Andrew was here in about two hours and fixed the problem.

Excellent experience. Our furnace went out in the middle of one of the coldest days in January. I found the company on Angie's list and called that afternoon around 2pm. They answered right away and said they would have someone out that evening. They were very busy that day with the weather being so cold and the roads being icy. This was during an ice storm. They arrived around 7pm that evening and spent all of 30 minutes to repair the furnace. Also note our furnace is over 25 years old and the model is no longer made. He had the parts with him to fix the problem and we had heat right away. He offered suggestions for maintenance for the furnace and their work and the parts the installed are guaranteed for the life of the unit. Excellent work!

My husband called in the a.m. and they came out that same day. They determined the problem, added freon, checked the temperature in various rooms and suggested things to look for in the future.

I thought my pump had gone out, but the repairman found that it was the actual heating unit where some wires had been crossed during installation several months ago (by a different company). The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the problems to me so that I understood what was going on with my unit. He came out when he said he would on the day that I called and since he knew it was going to be cold that evening he stayed until 11:30pm making sure I had heat! I am extremely pleased with the service and will be using them again and have already recommended them to my friends.

The people at A Better Deal are very aware that customer service makes for good business and they were wonderful. The repair technician offered much good advice on maintenance and the unit works well now. I ended up purchasing a maintenance plan from them as well and would refer them to family and friends.
