I had a board on board fence and my neighbors have complimented on how great it looks! I love walking in my backyard and having the privacy as well as something so nice to look at. My dogs love it as well! They were also the best price by far from all the other companies I got quotes from. The fence was put up in great time. I didn’t feel like I had to wait forever to get it finished! Great company to support!

Via a Google search, I am so glad that I found Cajun Contractors. They did a beautiful job on my new fences, cedar and chain-link. I ordered the pre-stained cedar and I’m absolutely in love with the color, leatherwood. The areas where the black vinyl chain-link were installed looks very nice. I am very well pleased. Thank you.

Being a fairly new resident to Johnson County, I had no idea who to call, but I’m so thankful that God led me in the right direction. From the receptionist who answered my call, to the repairman, everything went extremely well. My fence is repaired, and I now have a fence company that I would be pleased to use in the future!

Perfect job, very professional!

We saw all the great reviews for this company. We decided on Cajun Contractors for two reasons. The reviews and the fact one of us is from Louisiana and wanted to do business with "home folk". The owner sent his son out to do the measuring and when it was time they came out and began on the fence. There was an issue with the actual property line but we got that figured out. When the job was done and they had left we thought it was all good. Until we took another look. They left several boards without nails. They left several big clumps of their pea gravel cement around the yard. They absolutely did not cut the galvanized posts even all around the yard. When we had our first big wind a piece of wood broke off one of the gates. We've tried to contact and talk to the owner but he was very defensive. He told us we owed him for, at first it was 20 extra feet, of fence they put up. Then the angrier he got it became 30 extra feet of fence. This was after he had billed us and we had paid. He had a copy of the surveyors measurements and the info his son obtained. All we wanted was for him to come out and look at our complaints and fix the broken piece of fence. He got angry and said "he'd come out and give us a bid on the broken fence". The fence broke at a nail that was at the very edge of the board. We really wanted to advertise, at first, his business by asking him twice to put one of his signs on our fence. That's never happened and now we're glad. We are not trouble makers. Just two old women that needed a privacy fence. We haven't heard from nor seen him come out yet. He has promised multiple times of coming to inspect and set times to come but no show. When we contacted him he always said he was out of town. He made no comment when we said the least you could have done was to let us know you weren't coming as opposed to leaving us hanging. They handled our job in a most unprofessional manner but charged a professional fee. Unfortunately Angie's List has no option to post pictures. So very disappointed. ?

I had Cajun contractors come out and give me a bid on a metal patio awning. They showed up on time, gave a reasonable bid and we agreed on a price. Again, they showed up on time for build day, conducted themselves in a professional manner and I could not be happier with the results. I will be giving them a call for my next project.

Cajun Contractors did a great job on the fence around my house fence and painting a pipe fence at another location.

Cajun Contractors were the perfect professionals for our fence project. Dominic was available almost immediately to bid the job, his cost was competitive, and they could start work several weeks sooner than other contractors which was a huge benefit. We have two large dogs that need a fenced yard, so when we realized that there were not enough panels to finish the job, Dominic installed different panels so that we would have a completely fenced yard until the correct panels were delivered. I definitely recommend Cajun Contractors and would happily use them again.

We needed a repair to our fence. I’d submitted a request for bids thru Angie’s List and they responded right away. They were to come around noon on 8/26 while I was at work and my hubby was home. However, another co I’d spoken with showed up unexpectedly before Cajun was due. My husband didn’t realize that another co had come out. The other co fixed the fence at no charge, then left. When Dominic arrived at the appointed time, it was a bit confusing. I really appreciated how quickly Dominic responded to the initial request and that he could come out for the repair the same day! (Texting photos to him was helpful.). I’m just so sorry about the mix-up!
