Although his craftsmanship was satisfactory, his business practices were found to be lacking.  Basically, he didn't complete the job that he had been paid to do, and the 10-day work took nearly 4 months to complete.  I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

terrible job.   He quoted us a paint job and wood flooring installation.  He did a terrible paint job, told us he would come the next day to fix mistakes he had made (never did),  charged us more to complete the work than he originally quoted, didn't refund us supplies that we bought when he said he would and kept promising everday to come and complete the floor installation and never did.  We ended up having to call someone else and they did an excellent job.  

Received three other estimates, but my husband felt more comfortable with Victor and Jennifer. Victor arrived when specified, was very professional, and explained his tasks along the way. Victor works on his hands and knees which eliminates the excessive dust you would expericence if using a machine. Important to us because my husband has COPD. When we hire contractors we expect to be statisfied with the outcome and we expect good service for our money. We are not nit-picking customers. We also received a warranty. We are extremely satisifed with the end result.

The job was terrific. I was going to do the tile myself, but gave up and called a few vendors. Victor offered to come out on Labor Day weekend and complete the job so I could get the toilet back in service as quickly as possible. He worked Sunday afternoon (after attending church with his family) and Monday morning to get the job completed and did a great job. Cleaned up after himself also. Yes I will reuse them when we decide to do the other bathroom.
