I’ve used Milton for years. He has done everything from repairing sheet rock to painting basic walls. I love the care they take to protect all surfaces, including all paths that they will walk in the house. He and his crew know how to make everything look like new again. They are very professional and trustworthy.

Umanzor’s Painting and Remodeling (Milton, Daysi and their employees) were life savers after the downstairs of my 6000 sq ft house and my 3 car garage were flooded during Hurricane Harvey. Not only did they respond immediately to my telephone plea for help, Milton came to met with the FEMA Insurance Adjuster to discuss the repairs needed. They meticulously restored my home to even better than its previous condition. They kept in constant communication with me regarding progress and costs of the jobs. Daysi provided detailed invoices and receipts every step of the way and offered excellent advice on remodeling when needed. I believe they performed the level of work on my home that they would have expected on their own home and always at a fair price . In my opinion, there is not another contractor who is more dependable and capable or has more integrity than Milton Umanzor. He continuously reminded me throughout the 3 month process that our relationship was a partnership and that we would be successful as long as we patiently and successfully completed each step of the remodel “little by little”. I had previously been a customer of his for approximately 8 years prior to Hurricane Harvey for exterior and interior painting and other home maintenance work and had always been happy but the work completed in 2017 took my loyalty to a whole new level. Umanzor’s Painting and Remodeling will always be the first number I phone for work on my home.

They did an excellent jon. I used them for 19 years. They make things right and they come and tried to coordinate the appointment. They always guarantee their work and they were competitive. Pretty punctual and most of the time they arrive early.
