Estimator came when he said he would but then there was a break down as to getting the work done. After calling three times, I was told they'd be there at 8 the next morning. It would have been nice if they'd ask me if this was convenient and to give me a little more warning.

"Nancy, First of all thank you for your business. To address your complaint as far as the lack of communication, first of all I will address the time line. The estimate was performed and emailed to you on December 11th. You accepted the job on December 27th at 7:42 pm. The week of Christmas and New Years we were all off for the Holidays. On Jan 1st you called Richard which was your sales man and he notified me that you had not yet been notified of when the work was to be performed. I was at the airport traveling back home and took the time to email you that we could be out there the next day to perform the work,( I assumed you must be in a hurry). At this point you could have emailed me back to notify me this was not a good time but I never received an email from you stating that. You were home and the work was performed with no inclination that you were unhappy with anything. I take great pride in our reputation and communication with our customers. Due to the Holidays people traveling and visiting families ect is what happened here. I am not making any excuses here for our lack of communication, I am merely just explaining the time line."

The side walk was leveled as best as it could be considering the tree roots underneath. The crew was professional and explained the process well. The drive way and sidewalks look great. This was much better than having to pour new cement.

Right in the middle of bids for the project, but gave me great details about what they would do exactly beforehand. They were able to raise and level large concrete steps on my historic home that had settled more than 4" in 100 years in just under 2 hours!

Doug and his team worked hard on our sidewalk and driveway. We had some severe settling issues and they worked hard to control/fix our situation. We had some challenging areas that they brought back to almost new and a couple areas that just did not cooperate as expected BUT still in much better condition than before. Most importantly, the trip hazards that existed previously are no longer. Especially one location that my little toddler always seemed to find. What was most excellent was when I picked up my kiddos from school, my son was very intrigued and immediately noticed the location that he always tripped on was no longer :-) Great job to Doug and his hard working team!

My husband and I are beyond pleased with the work done on our patio. Over the years the back patio settled which resulted in water running toward the house and leaving a perpetual layer of mud/dirt on the concrete. We called Tilted Concrete and Doug Langston was very responsive. He said what he would do and did what he said. Doug is professional and has earned our trust and confidence. We will be calling him again to repair the joints in the driveway and front walk. We are so happy we called Tilted Concrete!
