The service went great. They provided a written quote through email. I thought the quote was very good and detailed. One technician came out for the job and completed the job in a timely manner. They came recommended by a friend.I was not home while they did the job but trusted them in my home. I thought they were very impressive. It was very easy to schedule with them. I plan on using the company again.

BOTH THE OWNER AND HIS EMPLOYEES WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL - ONLY SLIGHTLY "ROUGH AROUND THE EDGES." THE MAN WHO INSTALLED THE NEW TILE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB--HE OBVIOUSLY HAD BOTH EXPERIENCE AND PRIDE IN HIS WORK. I WISH HE HAD ASKED ME WHERE WE WANTED THE NEW SOAP DISH POSITIONED INSTEAD OF TAKING IT UPON HIMSELF TO DECIDE (I WOULD HAVE POSITIONED IT DIFFERENTLY), BUT NEVERTHELESS, THE NICE CRAFTSMANSHIP OUTWEIGHED THIS MINOR COMPLAINT.

SCOTT, THE CONTRACTOR, IS PLEASANT AND PROMPT AND HIS WORKERS ARE MORE PROMPT THAN MOST! THE WORKERS PERFORMED A PROFESSIONAL DRYWALL AND PAINTING JOB, AND SCOTT FOLLOWS UP WITH CUSTOMERS TO ASSURE THEIR SATISFACTION. WHEN I HAD A QUESTION ABOUT THE ROOF REPAIR, SCOTT CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE THAT DAY TO CHECK THAT THE JOB WAS DONE ADEQUATELY. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT THE INTERIOR DRYWALL REPAIR SEEMED EXPENSIVE ($275) FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME SPENT ON IT.
