But the service from the green cleaning really surprised me. They sent two cleaners to my home, Lea and Ashleigh, they both look professional wearing company t-shirt. They are very patient listening my long cleaning to-do list, and to my surprise, I found most of that are already in their working work sheet prepared by the manager. Before they finish, they asked me to work through the house make sure that I am happy. I pointed out some areas that are not up to my "cleanness" standards, they redo those areas immediately. They even offered to clean the window of my front door, even though I knew this is not part of their service.
And also, it is very easy to get hold of the onsite manager. I called the manager 4 times for rescheduling and other things I want to confirm with them before I let someone walk into my home, I am able to speak to the manager directly every time, which is a big plus for me.
They use biodegradable cleaning product which leaves the house smell so good after cleaning.
