Work was done but much jewelry was missing and the only person in that area was one of their employees. Even though they said they were bonded and we provided a police report of the missing items they said we needed to talk with the owner but they would not provide use the phone number to contact him and we never received a call from him.

I've been using them for six months. They've come back out a couple of times for things they didn't complete. But, they're very prompt about it. There is never an issue with anything. If you see anything and you call them up or send them an email, they come and take care of it.
