They came highly recommended by friends. The inspector Charles was efficient and thorough but the report came a couple of days later than expected. And some items he pointed out wasn't in the report. Initial questions to the report received prompt reply but following emails did not get any response back. Then we found out from an electrician that he missed an important safety item - the was a plug that was entirely exposed (wire) and he did missed that.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT WITH THEIR APPOINTMENT AND GOOD WITH THEIR FOLLOW-UP. THE INSPECTOR WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL IN APPEARANCE. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOOK ADEQUATE TIME TO EXPLAIN ITEMS TO ME IN LAYMAN'S TERMS. THE THOROUGH INSPECTION SHOWED SEVERAL THINGS THAT THE AVERAGE PERSON WOULD NOT KNOW TO LOOK FOR OR UNDERSTAND. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT SERVICE!
