The unit wasn't working correctly after six months. They wouldn't help me get it replaced. When it broke down it took them a week to come out and I had to get a hotel room. When they took the unit out they found out it wasn't connected correctly. I run a foster home and we had no heat. There were freon leaks that he would just fix instead of replacing the unit. He refused to do the new unit because he wanted me to pay him another labor fee of $2000.
