Stucco Check preformed a very through inspection on a tight time frame for our home purchase and uncovered multiple issues that we were fortunate to be made aware of prior to purchase. SCI worked overtime to promptly issued a very detailed report complete with annotated photos of each inspection area. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking an stucco inspection in the Houston area.

Inspector was responsive, punctual, thorough and helpful. His price was a bit above our expectation but he responded to our call before any other inspector did and we needed the inspection report immediately for the insurance claim. As it turned out, he's worth every penny of it. Our insurance company kept looking for excuses to deny our claim but Michael, our inspector responded every time, debunking their excuses by providing logical and technical explanations. We like his thoroughness and professionalism so much, we've already asked Michael to inspect again after our contractor replaces the stucco walls and repairing the interiors.
